SuperQuant feature tutorial · fixed teaching example
Pause or resume one browser device
Control push delivery to one enrolled browser without changing the account’s other channels or devices.
Before you begin: The account-level Browser push switch, selected event types, browser permission and each device’s own pause state are separate controls.
How to use it
- Open Alerts & settings and find the Browser push panel and its enrolled browser devices.
- Inspect the account-level Browser push setting and selected event types before changing a device.
- Use Pause on the browser you want to quiet, then confirm that device shows Paused; other enabled devices keep their own state.
- Resume that device when ready. Events created while it was paused are not sent later as catch-up notifications.
Worked example and expected outcome
Teaching case: pause a laptop browser while leaving account push and a phone browser enabled.
This is a fixed teaching example, not a current quote, personal account result or trade recommendation.
Check your understanding
If account push is enabled, does that alone mean every enrolled browser is receiving push?
If it does not work
If the device list is unavailable, keep its current state and check Browser push provider availability and browser permission. Use notification history to inspect recorded delivery status.
