SuperQuant feature tutorial · fixed teaching example
Leverage Lab
See how exposure and collateral change under two sizing rules.
Before you begin: The dialog is an isolated teaching model. Check costs and the liquidation proxy separately.
How to use it
- Open Leverage Lab and select Fixed exposure.
- Use a fixed teaching notional and compare two leverage settings for the same move.
- Select Fixed collateral and repeat the comparison.
- Read gross P&L, costs, net result and liquidation-model limits.
Worked example and expected outcome
Simplified linear example: $500 notional × 2% favorable move = $10 gross price P&L before costs. At 2x/5x, initial collateral is $250/$100.
This is a fixed teaching example, not a current quote, personal account result or trade recommendation.
Check your understanding
Did leverage change exposure, or only collateral, in the chosen sizing rule?
If it does not work
Use the app’s modeled values for assessed results; the proxy is not a venue-certified liquidation threshold.
