Leverage Lab

See how exposure and collateral change under two sizing rules.

Before you begin: The dialog is an isolated teaching model. Check costs and the liquidation proxy separately.

⁦How to use it⁩

  1. Open Leverage Lab and select Fixed exposure.
  2. Use a fixed teaching notional and compare two leverage settings for the same move.
  3. Select Fixed collateral and repeat the comparison.
  4. Read gross P&L, costs, net result and liquidation-model limits.

⁦Worked example and expected outcome⁩

Simplified linear example: $500 notional × 2% favorable move = $10 gross price P&L before costs. At 2x/5x, initial collateral is $250/$100.

⁦If it does not work⁩

Use the app’s modeled values for assessed results; the proxy is not a venue-certified liquidation threshold.
