About these terms
SuperQuant is a crypto perpetuals research and practice workspace at quant.stonkbuilder.com, with a Telegram bot and Mini App. It is run by the StonkBuilder team. By creating an account, linking Telegram or using the site, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use SuperQuant.
Research and education only
SuperQuant is research and education software. It does not place trades, hold funds, manage money or give investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Radar agreement, whale positions, technical reads, briefs and alerts describe observed data; they are not forecasts or recommendations. Backtests, paper trades and replays are simulations, and past or simulated results do not guarantee future returns. Trading perpetual futures carries a high risk of loss, including the loss of more than your initial margin on some venues. You alone decide what to trade and you are responsible for the results.
Who can use SuperQuant
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use crypto research tools where you live. Do not use SuperQuant where doing so would break local law.
Your account
Use an email address you control and a password you keep safe. One account is for one person. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at support@stonkbuilder.com if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time in Account & privacy.
Trial and access
Creating an account is free, and so are the Academy, Learn and Resources. Linking Telegram starts a 7-day trial of the full workspace. Each Telegram account gets one trial; changing email, unlinking or deleting the account does not restart it. After the trial, access needs a linked Solana wallet that holds at least $50 of $STONKB or has at least 1,000 JUP staked. Checking a wallet only reads public balances: you sign a short message (Ledger accounts sign a memo-only transaction that is never sent), no funds move, and SuperQuant never asks for a seed phrase or exchange keys. Holding $STONKB does not give you ownership of, or a share of profits from, SuperQuant. We may change trial length, access thresholds or features; changes are shown on Access & plans before they apply.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- create extra accounts or Telegram links to get more trials;
- scrape, resell or bulk-download SuperQuant data, or access it with automated tools beyond normal personal use;
- probe, overload or work around security, rate limits or access checks;
- use the bot or feedback forms to harass anyone or to send spam or unlawful content.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Data, AI and third-party services
Market data comes from third parties such as Hyperliquid, Binance and Solana data providers. It can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a source can stop working without notice. Answers in AI chat are generated by a language model, only after you agree, and can be wrong; check them before relying on them. Telegram, wallets such as Jupiter Wallet and other linked services have their own terms.
Your content
Your strategies, backtests, paper trades and Diary stay in your browser by default, and you keep ownership of them. If you turn on encrypted backups, the server stores only ciphertext that we cannot read. You give us permission to store and process what you send us (for example feedback, alert rules and bot messages) only to run SuperQuant for you.
Availability and changes
SuperQuant is provided “as is” and “as available”. Many features are in beta. We may change, pause or remove features, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SuperQuant and the StonkBuilder team are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of SuperQuant.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in the workspace or the bot before they apply. Contact: support@stonkbuilder.com.
