How a technical read is built

A technical read (the /ta command in the Telegram bot, or Analyse live market in the app) scores Hyperliquid perpetual candles on one to three timeframes and uses closed candles only. A swing high or low is confirmed only after later candles close: two candles on each side on the 15-minute and 1-hour timeframes, and three candles on each side on the 4-hour, daily and weekly timeframes.

Each timeframe combines four indicator families with fixed weights: trend 0.45, momentum 0.30, location 0.15 and structure 0.10. Trend compares the close and the 20-period EMA with the 50-period EMA, scaled by ATR. Momentum uses RSI and the MACD histogram. Location uses Bollinger %B. Structure is the trend of confirmed swing points. Timeframes are weighted 1 for 15-minute, 2 for 1-hour, 3 for 4-hour and 4 for daily candles. A combined score of 0.5 or more is labelled bullish, 0.15 or more neutral-bullish, -0.15 or less neutral-bearish and -0.5 or less bearish; anything in between is neutral. Every read states: "Scores describe confluence, not probabilities." Confidence is high when at least two timeframes are read, every timeframe leans clearly (a score at least 0.15 from zero), they all agree and the combined score is at least 0.35 from zero. Confidence is medium when the net agreement of the clearly leaning timeframes is at least one half (for example, three of four leaning the same way) and the combined score is at least 0.15 from zero, and low otherwise.

When the score is outside the range from -0.15 to 0.15, the read sets a trigger and an invalidation as candle-close conditions on the shortest requested timeframe, for example "4h close above 58,400". Otherwise the read shows that no condition is established.

A read adds a "Similar reads" line only when at least 30 earlier reads of the same setup, symbol, anchor timeframe and network from the last 90 days have a usable outcome. Unavailable and ambiguous outcomes are excluded and counted separately. The line reports how often the trigger or the invalidation came first within 72 hours, with the sample size. Historical outcomes do not predict the next read.

Optional context in a read covers hourly funding and the open-interest change over about one day, the top 20 visible order-book levels on each side, keyword-scored archived headlines from the past 24 hours (not social sentiment), positions of tracked Hyperliquid leaders with their reported liquidation prices, and the MACD histogram. Tracked leaders are the top 100 accounts on the public Hyperliquid mainnet leaderboard ranked by 30-day profit, after volume and account-size filters. Their reported liquidation prices cover the tracked set only and are not a market-wide liquidation map.

In Telegram, the Price watches button saves one-time price alerts at the trigger and invalidation prices, and its confirmation reads: "A price crossing is an early warning; candle-close confirmation is still required." A Chart button opens the read's candles with its levels drawn in the Telegram Mini App. Refresh takes a new read with the same settings. Save default stores the symbol, style, timeframes and context options that a plain /ta then uses. No button places an order.

Radar and the Asset Hub combine independent lenses. The "Funding (crowding)" lens leans against the side that is paying once the hourly funding rate is at least 0.002% in either direction, and it carries half the weight of the other lenses. Positive funding means longs pay shorts, and Hyperliquid settles funding hourly.

Other bot commands: /asset SYMBOL opens one asset's evidence. /radar lists followed assets, /radar add SYMBOL follows one, /radar on turns on proactive messages and /radar pulse 8,20 sets summary hours. /decide SYMBOL long, short or flat, with an optional confidence such as 55%, records a timestamped prospective decision against the last hourly close, places no trade and is graded after 24 hours. /review shows the rolling seven-day evidence review. /outlook shows the latest daily market brief, and /outlook week shows the weekly one. /setups lists overbought and oversold readings for the markets on your watchlist. /timezone Area/City, for example /timezone Asia/Manila, sets the local time the bot uses.

SuperQuant does not place exchange orders and does not hold exchange API keys. Paper trades are simulated, and nothing is sent to an exchange.
