Market replay & experiments

Record a choice before revealing the later historical candles.

Before you begin: Replay reveals history. Directional price return excludes execution costs and trade P&L.

⁦How to use it⁩

  1. Open Lab’s Market replay and inspect source and decision time.
  2. Read the visible candles while future candles remain hidden.
  3. Write reasoning and invalidation, then deliberately choose Long, Short or Stay flat.
  4. Inspect the revealed 24-hour directional return and compare it with the original reasoning.

⁦Worked example and expected outcome⁩

⁦Check your understanding⁩

Did you record the decision before seeing the future?

⁦If it does not work⁩

Reset only if you intend a new case; a price rise afterward does not make a justified wait a bad process.
