News & economic calendar

Trace a headline or scheduled event to its source and timing.

Before you begin: Feed and calendar coverage can be unavailable. Headlines can describe the same event.

⁦How to use it⁩

  1. Open News and inspect Sources and feed status.
  2. Select a story; compare event time with publication time and its source link.
  3. Inspect the economic calendar’s timezone, scheduled event and supplied context.
  4. Save or record a decision only deliberately; state what the event changes in your hypothesis.

⁦Check your understanding⁩

Are the headlines independent, and is the event past or upcoming?

⁦If it does not work⁩

Use the source notice when a feed fails; an empty feed does not establish that no event occurred.
